---BASICS :
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason
• Paypal only, for now I accept USD ($) and euros (€)
• Payment upfront, I am starting to work on the commission after I received the payment
• Please do not claim my work as your own
• The piece can be completed between one to six months. You will be notified about any delays
• You CANNOT use my art to do NFT. I will NEVER support NFTs.REFUNDS :
• A full refund can be made if I haven't started to work on the commission
• Refunds can only be given if the commission has not yet been completed
• The amount of money given back will depend on how the commission has progressed. You can keep the most advanced fileOWNERSHIP :
• You need to confirm that you have the right to use the character that you provide
• All of my works are still my property. Characters, designs, etc, obviously belong to the respective owner
• The commission is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. This means that you can't make profit of my work
• The commissioner can re-upload the image only with proper credit (eg. a link to my page)
• I reserve the right to use your commission to promote my work. I will ALWAYS credit the owner of the original character pictured

Note : a "!" is a special interest for me.
• OCs!, fanarts, soft nudity, soft gore, humans, anthros!, monsters/demons!, pinups!, ponies & ferals (SFW ONLY), NSFW, certain kinks (eg. size diff, pregnancy!, teratophilia... ask me)I WILL NOT DRAW :
• Complex backgrounds, hateful/problematic content, extreme kinks (eg. prolapsus, farts, scat, ... ask me), extreme gore, diapers, underage & too young-looking characters, incest, feral NSFW, taurs (not enough experience yet, sorry), NFT artDon't hesitate to ask about things that I have not listed. I reserve the right to refuse a commission if the idea doesn't make me comfortable.Note : • Complex characters (eg. a lot of markings) can potentially cost extra !
• Changes of pose, clothes etc. after the sketch phase can cost you extra. If it's a mistake from my side (eg. missing marking, limbs, details...) you won't be charged more
• Depending on the composition, certain parts of the character might not be shown (eg. one foot might be cut for a fullbody drawing). If you don't want that, we can still talk about a solutionREQUIREMENTS :
• Visual character reference (best) and/or detailed character description
• A color palette of the character (otherwise the colors might not be what you want)
• A pose reference (optional but appreciated) or a description of the pose
• Anything that goes in your mind, every detail is appreciated!PROCESS :
• You send me a DM or you fill my form with as many details as you can and I get back to you to confirm the base idea and the price
• 100% payment, then I start a sketch that I will send to you as many times as it needs to be approved. I might not do any more modifications after the line is started. If I accept you'll be charged more. Don't worry though, if there is a mistake from my side (eg. missing detail, limbs...) you won't be charged
• I will send you as many updates as I can! There is no need to ask me any updates unless the commission did not progress since ~4+ weeks
• When you're satisfied with the result, I send you the .png and a .jpeg through a Google Drive folder! Please do not remove my watermarkThank you for reading my ToS.
commissions prices
STATUS : Open !
• All drawings comes with a single colored background. It can be a transparent background with a colored square.
• The extra background will be a blurred, not detailed background of your choice (eg. a bedroom, a window, simple landscape, ...)• I currently do not take the "created from scratch" addon for the character sheet.
